    Very disappointed, I got taken to the bank and I regret leaving Verizon. I was supposed to have a family plan for me and my son and it was about 100 dollars for 3 months and every month after I was paying on avg 180 to 200 dollars. I complains so many times and it was never addresed . They said they did, but nothing ever showed on the bill. It's horrible. I ended up going to At & T and I'm very happy with the bill.     Avoid this company like the plague! I always went to the 51st and Olive store in Glendale, AZ. When I signed up, I was told by a rep I was getting a really good phone. I didn't go with the expensive plan to save money. The phone went out in a year. Okay, this happens, but that same rep then tells me that phone is no good.     I've been with Sprint for 12yrs and have been unhappy with their customer service since day one! I recently had my husband leave Verizon to save on the financial side, but I'm closer than ever to dropping Sprint and overpaying for better service overall with Verizon.     I have been a customer of sprint for the past 3 years and have resented every minute of it. There are many negative things that have already been said about this carrier, like its poor service that includes; dropped-calls (yes, that still happens to people who have sprint), terrible data connection (basically anywhere) and just overall poor everything.   • Half price off plan NOT TRUE



    How exciting it was to think I could save half off my Verizon bill while also switching to a network that would be just as reliable! Exciting, but too good to be true. I have five lines on my plan and I paid $320 at Verizon for the amount of data we needed. We never exceeded the data limit at Verizon.     I did the switch from current carrier to Sprint promotion & should have stayed with Verizon. Sprint never sent me the early termination fee I was charged by Verizon $270, and I spent 3 months arguing with them trying to collect being told to give it more time.   • Sprint International Unlock and poor Customer Service



    I have been using Sprint for almost 2 years with Samsung Note 3. I have called the customer care to unlock my sim and also requested to schedule my service termination.     i can officially say I'm free from Sprint. I was with sprint for about 2 years at the beginning I thou it would be the best option was I so wrong. My monthly bill was never accurate when I had the everything unlimited plan and I never said anything. I owed $190 and gave a payment of $100 owing the rest which is $90.     My internet connectivity has very poor coverage. I live in Maryland, not far from the District. While the phone and text is OK, the internet service is dropped when I'm just inside my house!     My fiancee is currently in a contract with her mother on a sprint plan.     My wife and I left our old cell company to go with sprint last month because of perceived value and device availability. I Have had nothing but problems with my Samsung Galaxy S4 since day one.     Sprint treats Loyal Existing Customers poorly compared to New Customers. I am in the process of looking at renewing our service with Sprint.     My main reason for writing this review is due to the customer service sprint offers. I had a little issue with my phone and was recommended by a sprint store to take it to a sprint store which had a technician who could look at my phone.     Don't sign up with Sprint. They add all kind of charges for sprint products that they say you signed up for and then when you call they say its a valid charge.     By far the worst cell phone provider (compared to AT&T, Verizon, and MetroPCS). No service for 3 days now along with no electricity leaves me helpless (as I live alone) in the event of an emergency. Completely unacceptable to claim a hurricaine caused this since no other major carrier has issues in my area (Philadelphia).     I asked on line at the Sprint web site If I had my phone long enough to terminate with out a fee. They sent me an e-mail that said I had my phone long enough there would be NO FEE! So just to be sure I went to the store where I bought my phone and asked them the same thing. They told me the same thing NO early termination FEE.     I've been experiencing an outage for the past 3 days, since October 1, 2012 in Manhattan and the Bronx area.     Sprint is giving me a hard time because I got a phone in radio shack, but my last day I decided to get the iphone, as a result, radio sharck took the phone but sprint is asking for a cancellation fee.     Everyone is up in arms over the BOA $5 fee, however there's no news on Sprint's newly imposed policy as of Sept. 15, 2011 for $36 "activation" fees for customers who've been with the company for over a decade. Sprint claims that when you want to change over your phone, it costs $36 for someone to type in the number.     Purchased new Samsung EPIC 4g telephone from Sprint. This purchase was at full price without any contract discounts and totaled over $600.     I paid off my son's cell phone bill in June 2010. In July 2010, I called with my own cell phone billing issues and was told that they would investigate and find out the problem. They did and I was told that the problem was resolved. Fast forward to 2.5.11 when I received a collection call regarding my son's past due bill. WHAT?!     Dear Sprint - You tell me to reboot my phone after your equipment failure/national outage. As a result, my 2 MONTH OLD phone got its circuit board fried.
