  • Terrible

I will start by saying, the only thing that Sprint has going for them is that their cell service is one step above T-Mobile...and that is it. Let me explain why. Sprint has ABSOLUTELY the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER EXPERIENCED in my entire life. On multiple occasions I have had to call to have a problem fix but NOT ONCE has anything ever been resolved because all the agents ever do is respond by following an already written script. They NEVER ACTUALLY LISTEN to your problem. Along with many little issues I%u2019ve had two unforgivable ones. The first is when I purchased the... More...

  • Ripped off

Very disappointed, I got taken to the bank and I regret leaving Verizon. I was supposed to have a family plan for me and my son and it was about 100 dollars for 3 months and every month after I was paying on avg 180 to 200 dollars. I complains so many times and it was never addresed . They said they did, but nothing ever showed on the bill. It's horrible. I ended up going to At & T and I'm very happy with the bill. Sick though I got stick with a 800 bill. Totally screwed! Don't get suckered in. More...

  • Terrible Customer Service

I did the switch from current carrier to Sprint promotion & should have stayed with Verizon. Sprint never sent me the early termination fee I was charged by Verizon $270, and I spent 3 months arguing with them trying to collect being told to give it more time. Finally, 1 person offerred to help stating she would credit my account for the inconvienence & when the credit card with early termination money arrived I could spend it also, I had a witness. Well, card never arrived and I was finally told I had already been given a credit so they would not be able to send it anymore.yI... More...

  • Sprint International Unlock and poor Customer Service

I have been using Sprint for almost 2 years with Samsung Note 3. I have called the customer care to unlock my sim and also requested to schedule my service termination. They did the unlock but I couldn't test it while I was In USA. I came back to India and tried if the unlock works and as expected it didn't work. When I called Customer care, they took my 2 hrs and shown their disgrace and unprofessional-ism to me and they just hang up the call every time I asked them to escalate to their supervisor. They simply mentioned that they don't gurantee that device will work once you... More...

  • Sprint worst phone carrier

i can officially say I'm free from Sprint. I was with sprint for about 2 years at the beginning I thou it would be the best option was I so wrong. My monthly bill was never accurate when I had the everything unlimited plan and I never said anything. I owed $190 and gave a payment of $100 owing the rest which is $90. Two weeks later when I was gonna make the payment it showed up my balance was $0 which immediately suprised me. I checked my bank account find out that not only they took out the payment without my AUTHORIZATION but took out around $300. Of course I was very upset. I called... More...

  • Awful Customer Service

My fiancee is currently in a contract with her mother on a sprint plan. Her mother, whose name is on the account has failed to pay her bills thus making my fiancee suffer by having her service disconnected. Upon having her service disconnected my fiancee called sprint 3 times asking if she could get out of her contract since her service had been terminated. The first two representatives were pleasant in assisting her in finding out why her phone was disconnected and informed her to talk to her mother about letting her get off the contract. After the first two calls my fiancee called her... More...

  • Sprint Mobile has HORRIBLE customer service for military customers!

Sprint is a TERRIBLE service provider. They have poor customer service that treats their customers as if they mean nothing! My case is 4 years old & unresolved. I have been up the chain of command to executive customer care and even there, its no help. 2010, in my area the coverage was VERY poor. In my home I would have no service. I couldn't make calls, receive calls, I would have dropped calls, couldn't send or receive texts, and had no internet access. (Area code 60113) I would have to go outside my house & walk down the street for any calls. My husband was active duty... More...

  • horrible!!!!!

I have never been lied too and mislead so badly every in my life. I added my father to my SPRINT mobile family plan to make it easier on him, he is 74 years old. All he had told me is that he wanted a phone that he could use the internet on and check the weather. I went to sprint and got him a Galaxy III, not super fancy but I had my boyfriend set up the screens so it would be easy on him. THE PHONE NEVER WORKED, not only did they fail to fix my fathers phone after I called and sat on the phone with customer service who didn't know what they were doing, but we have 14 days to... • Sprint does not treat loyal customer the same as those that new

Sprint treats Loyal Existing Customers poorly compared to New Customers. I am in the process of looking at renewing our service with Sprint. We are also eligible to upgrade our phones however after looking at upgrading our phones I discovered that Sprint offers its NEW customers special pricing for phones but does not offer its existing loyal customers the SAME pricing on phones. I asked them to Match the price since I would hope they would treat loyal customers with at least the same level of respect. Said said they will not match their new customer price for phones for my renewal... More...

  • Sprint technicians and customer support

My main reason for writing this review is due to the customer service sprint offers. I had a little issue with my phone and was recommended by a sprint store to take it to a sprint store which had a technician who could look at my phone. Thinking this was a good idea and I could actually use the insurance I have been paying for! I took it to the store told them that whenever I hook my phone up through bluetooth to my car cd player after about 20 seconds the phone would power cycle. The guy messed with some apps and told me to try it and if it still does it bring it back in. I tried it... More...

  • Horrible

We signed up with Sprint in Sept 2011. Since March of 2012 up to Feb 15th 2013 we have had nothing but trouble with our service. 1 month shy of a year worth of phone calls to customer service, internet chat w/tech, and multiple trips to the tech store front resulted in us finally canceling service. Since March of 2012 we have had dropped calls, unable to make phone calls, no internet service unless we are connected to wifi. Every time we called we were told that the towers were being updated. Orginally that was going to be fixed by the end of summer and were offered a credit of $30 for... More...

  • sprint- they are ripping people off!!!!!!!

Don't sign up with Sprint. They add all kind of charges for sprint products that they say you signed up for and then when you call they say its a valid charge. They are the worst cell phone company. I have been with them over 10 years and this is the way they treat their customers. Awful Awful Awful. It has been hundreds of dollars. If you are thinking about signing up with them, think again!!!! Go somewhere else. Awful customer service More...

  • Terrible customer service and terrible service

I regret switching to your service for 6 days! Your customer service is the worst ever. The service we had for those 6 days was TERRIBLE! I started complaining on day 1 of service and was lied to numerous times and told that i would be credited all but 6 days of service. Never did i receive a bill from you so i assumed i had been credited. I got notice from a collection agency i owed you......just a break down of what it cost me for 6 days of service...$325 TOTAL...that is $54 dollars PER DAY! what do i have to show for that? NOTHING!!! I paid it so that my credit score was not... More...

  • Poor network

By far the worst cell phone provider (compared to AT&T, Verizon, and MetroPCS). No service for 3 days now along with no electricity leaves me helpless (as I live alone) in the event of an emergency. Completely unacceptable to claim a hurricaine caused this since no other major carrier has issues in my area (Philadelphia). Very tempted to break my contract as I feel Sprint has already failed to hold up their end of providing service. I just cannot afford to fight the Early Termination fees that would unjustly be sought. More...

  • Early termenation fee

I asked on line at the Sprint web site If I had my phone long enough to terminate with out a fee. They sent me an e-mail that said I had my phone long enough there would be NO FEE! So just to be sure I went to the store where I bought my phone and asked them the same thing. They told me the same thing NO early termination FEE. I terminated and got a bill for early termination fee. Turns out I was short by one month. They made me pay they said pay or we will turn it over to a collection agency. What a RIPOFF! I tried calling the Sprint customer service dept. and they said we can't help... More...

I've been experiencing an outage for the past 3 days, since October 1, 2012 in Manhattan and the Bronx area. I was told they were fixing a tower and the issue would be resolved the next day at 3pm. The next day came and still nothing. I've been on the phone with Sprint 4 times already and keep getting a different story. I can't make or receive calls or texts. The last thing a Supervisor told me this morning was that an Engineer will be calling me in the next 2-24hrs and that we got to this point because the other rep's failed to take the proper procedures! Of course,... More...

  • Service Outages

I have been a Sprint customer for nearly fifteen years. I currently receive wireless service for a smartphone and internet access with a wireless card for my laptop. Prior to September of this year, the number of dropped calls that I have experienced over the years with Sprint could be counted on one hand and I have had great, FAST wireless access to the internet. In September, I started experiencing a drastic reduction in the signal strength I could receive with my card. I do a lot of work from home, so this was problematic. I also started experiencing dropped calls - a LOT of them.... More...

  • Sprint imposes "old" $36 fee for loyal customers

Everyone is up in arms over the BOA $5 fee, however there's no news on Sprint's newly imposed policy as of Sept. 15, 2011 for $36 "activation" fees for customers who've been with the company for over a decade. Sprint claims that when you want to change over your phone, it costs $36 for someone to type in the number. Loyal customers who request the fee to be waived (as it has in the past, apparently) are told that new company policy is that the $36 fee can no longer be waived. Not only that, but they argue that EVERY cell-phone provider now implements the... More...

  • Unloyal to customers

I have been a loyal sprint customer sinces 2002. Today 10/10/11 I wanted to upgrade my phone to a iphone 4 advertised $99.99 but after hours on the phone throughout the morning I was told that I had to pay full price because I wasn't eligible for an up grade until 1/1/12 and there was nothing they could do about it. My current phone through Sprint is a real piece of junk, dropped calls, doesn't ring at times and breaks up so bad during conversations my party and I have to constantly repeat ourselves. After being with Sprint for 10 years I would think they could wave the 2 1/2... More...

  • Horrible Beyond Belief

I am going to say right up front that we own two businesses and I am admittedly impatient with another business' ability to resolve what should be simple problems in a coureous and expedient manner. We have used Sprint for years now, we generally have six or seven phones on the simply anything plan and four or five mobile hotspots at any one time. I have put up with repeated overbillings and failure by Sprint to live up to its promises to us including (but certainly not limited to): Being charged full-price for four replacement hotspots even though we were promised that they... • Do not do business with sprint

Fact: 1)I purchased a new Sprint Samsung Epic telephone 4 months ago and paid full price; with accessories totaling over $600 2) Sprint Store technicians after testing indicated that the telephone did not pass diagnostics, and was thus, defective.I was informed, for the first time, that Sprint only replaces handsets with REFURBS, after 30 days. I did not spend over $600 for a refurb. I purchased a new unit. 3) I contacted Sprint at their HQ and was referred to the " executive complaint escalation department who informed me that they were there to enforce policy of Sprint and would... I am so pissed off at Sprint right now I feel ill! I have a 30 y/o son with MS. I had to close his Sprint cellular account. I paid off his bill on 6.3.10. In July 2010 I called regarding my own phone and how some of my payments seem to have been missing. I was told that Sprint would investigate and get back to me. They did so and told me the payment was found. Fast forward to this past Saturday, February 5th, I got a collection call from Enhanced Recovery about a Sprint bill for my son. I was livid! I got online, found the payment transaction on my bank statement and called Sprint with my... More...

  • Horrible Customer Service

I called in to Sprint Customer Service, to try to reopen my account, and although the people were really nice, they kept putting me on hold and then I would end up back in the call loop and have to explain my issue all over again. This happened like 6 or 7 times. Then, after over an hour on the phone with them, they could not answer my question of "why" with anything more than we can't. No one ever told me why they can't. And when I asked for a supervisor, they just started upselling instead of giving me to one. More...

  • Sales representative phone

Recently my Palm Pre Phone died. I took it to my local sprint store. I was told I would have to leave the phone so that a technician could take a look. I was given a ticket and the store phone number to call in about an hour. While in the store one of the sales representatives indicated that they had more issues with this phone than with most. When I called they told me that the phone could not be repaired and that I needed to come by and pick up the dead phone. When I arrived at the store I was told that they would order me a new phone but it would take three to four days. This was Monday... More...

  • Insurance Fraud

I have been a long time Sprint customer. I have always had insurence on my phones (I have 5 lines) and have used the insurence, about 5 years ago. Recently my daughters phone quit working properly. We took it to the Sprint store and they told us it had water damage and that insurance would cover it. We called the insurance and they sais Sprint should fix it. The store sent me back to the online claim and it worked. They proceeded to send me a broken phone for a replacement. When I called on that they sent me a seconf replacement phone with the send key missing. This replacement cost me $100... More...
