  • Non-Functioning Device

My wife and I left our old cell company to go with sprint last month because of perceived value and device availability. I Have had nothing but problems with my Samsung Galaxy S4 since day one. Sprint repair center ordered me a replacement, but it is back-ordered. It will not charge, and I had to buy a charger and extra battery to use my device (over $50). Have spent HOURS on phone talking with uncaring support reps with no estimate of when I'll actually have a working device. HELP. More...

  • Disappointed in Service

We signed up with Sprint in Sept 2011. Since March of 2012 up to Feb 15th 2013 we have had nothing but trouble with our service. 1 month shy of a year worth of phone calls to customer service, internet chat w/tech, and multiple trips to the tech store front resulted in us finally canceling service. Since March of 2012 we have had dropped calls, unable to make phone calls, no internet service unless we are connected to wifi. Every time we called we were told that the towers were being updated. Orginally that was going to be fixed by the end of summer and were offered a credit of $30 for... More...

  • sprint cancel my account

Sprint is giving me a hard time because I got a phone in radio shack, but my last day I decided to get the iphone, as a result, radio sharck took the phone but sprint is asking for a cancellation fee. Radio shark did not have the iphone and they explain to spring that I will get the new device in best buy with the same account but they add another new line to my bill. Then, I got that they cancel all my lines asking me more than 1200 and I do not have themoney. Also, costumer service never helped me to resolve my problem. I need the service and I want to keep my account More...

  • Service Disruption

I have been a Sprint customer for nearly fifteen years. I currently receive wireless service for a smartphone and internet access with a wireless card for my laptop. Prior to September of this year, the number of dropped calls that I have experienced over the years with Sprint could be counted on one hand and I have had great, FAST wireless access to the internet. In September, I started experiencing a drastic reduction in the signal strength I could receive with my card. I do a lot of work from home, so this was problematic. I also started experiencing dropped calls - a LOT of them.... More...

  • Gurnee Spring Store - Totally Unacceptable

I am going to say right up front that we own two businesses and I am admittedly impatient with another business' ability to resolve what should be simple problems in a coureous and expedient manner. We have used Sprint for years now, we generally have six or seven phones on the simply anything plan and four or five mobile hotspots at any one time. I have put up with repeated overbillings and failure by Sprint to live up to its promises to us including (but certainly not limited to): Being charged full-price for four replacement hotspots even though we were promised that they... • do not do business with SPRINT

Purchased new Samsung EPIC 4g telephone from Sprint. This purchase was at full price without any contract discounts and totaled over $600. This transaction would not have transpired had Sprint informed me that it was their policy to replace all defective mobile handsets with refurbished units after 30 days. To date, I have escalated my complaint to their executive escalation department, who are more intent on stating their position than retaining a customer for over 15 years who is on a month to month contract at the most costly plan. Sprint is an unethical company. I would not... More...

I paid off my son's cell phone bill in June 2010. In July 2010, I called with my own cell phone billing issues and was told that they would investigate and find out the problem. They did and I was told that the problem was resolved. Fast forward to 2.5.11 when I received a collection call regarding my son's past due bill. WHAT?! When I called Sprint, I was told that I called in and had the funds transferred from my son's paid account to my account. Sprint is saying that the only way to resolve this issue is to pay the $241.17 AGAIN! THAT IS A LOAD OF CRAP! More...

  • No real solutions offered

Dear Sprint - You tell me to reboot my phone after your equipment failure/national outage. As a result, my 2 MONTH OLD phone got its circuit board fried. You tell me I can (a) wait 6 weeks for warranty repair by Sansung (b) pay $35 to learn it's toast which I already know and then you tell me you can’t repair or replace it for 1-2 weeks b/c you have no parts or extra phones (c) buy a new phone @ full price starting at $180 or (d) add a new line @ $10 a month for 2 years and change my number. And you refuse to credit my bill for the time I am without service. Those aren’t... More...
