NEVER USE THEM!!!
OVER 15 YEARS I WAS A LOYAL SPRINT CUSTOMER. I MOVE TO AN AREA THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CELL SERVICE AND I AM SUPPOSE TO PAY $300 FOR CANCELLING SERVICE!! MY CALLS WERE DROPPED ON EVERY WORK CONFERENCE CALL I HAD. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO SWITCH. I CALLED SPRINT FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND WAS CONTINUOUSLY TOLD THE TOWERS WERE BEING REBUILT. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT SPRINT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONTINUE TO POST IT EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!!
