Sprint mobile internet service - Sprint internet

My internet connectivity has very poor coverage. I live in Maryland, not far from the District. While the phone and text is OK, the internet service is dropped when I'm just inside my house! The same happens when I'm on my boat on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. When I am out on my boat in the Bay, again the internet is dropped, just when I need it for weather and other information. In order to get service back, I usually have to get in my car and drive to a place with wifi operating. I feel like I should either get reliable service, or get a big discount from Sprint for the days I don't have the service I'm paying for.
