Horrible People Skills
Avoid this company like the plague! I always went to the 51st and Olive store in Glendale, AZ. When I signed up, I was told by a rep I was getting a really good phone. I didn't go with the expensive plan to save money. The phone went out in a year. Okay, this happens, but that same rep then tells me that phone is no good. I did get a credit for a new phone, however they wouldn't give a phone in the store. They decided to give me a week without phone service instead. What they sent me was an even worse phone that only lasted 5 months. Both times the screen would get stuck. I went back to that store on Monday. This asshole in a thick beard tells it's against company policy to get a new phone! They can only return that phone at a location at 75th Ave. You have got to be friggin kidding me! Your going to make me travel even farther, because you gave me a cruddy phone, and all I want as a paying customer is to get the service I paid for! That's just business common sense! I don't know if the man in the beard or the manager of the place in the building is the real asshole, but somebody is! If the manager was really behind this, then he needs to be fired immediatley! I will never do business with Sprint again! This is beyond repair! Sprint can go violate themselves, but they would probably enjoy it too much! After making a public display, I was out of there.
I say this as a public service announcement. Avoid Sprint like the plague!
